Orders received after 11am EST on Friday will not be shipped until Tuesday.
Availability: The items listed on the website are subject to availability and be discontinued without notice.
Backorders: Your entire order may not have been in stock when you placed your order. Any items not available for immediate shipment will be indicated by the letters B/O. These items will be shipped as soon as they are available. We will notify you before shipping any backorder item which has been on order for more than 30 days. This policy does not apply for special order items or parts.
Sales tax: Massachusetts customers only Customers shipping to a Massachusetts address are required to submit (via fax) a Tax Exempt Certificate to The Standard Rivet Company. If you are not in this tax exempt category, a 5% sales tax will be added to you order.
Product guarantee: The Standard Rivet Company has a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee (minus shipping and handling) on every product we sell. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of product which is not to your satisfaction. Customer will pay freight on all returns.
Parts Guarantee: All new parts are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Liability of Standard Rivet Company is limited to the replacement of the defective part. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt of merchandise which is not to your satisfaction. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Customer will pay freight on all returns. No other warranty expressed or implied.
Prices: Although we will make every attempt to assure the accuracy of prices, they are subject to change without notice.
Damage Claims: If damage is suspected or evident, open your package in the presence of the carrier (UPS, Motor Freight, other) and note any damage (with UPS or on the Bill of Lading) before signing for you shipment. Your order was inspected and carefully packed by professionals before leaving Standard Rivet Company. It is the responsibility of the carrier to make sure your order arrives in the same good condition in which it left our factory. If all or part of your order was damaged in transit report this damage to the carrier as soon as possible. Return any damaged merchandise along with the original shipping carton and original invoice to Standard Rivet Company via the same carrier it was sent to you.
Returns: The Standard Rivet Company stands behind its products with a 100% money back guarantee (minus shipping and handling). All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Please call for a return authorization number.
Machine/Parts Orders: Because of the variety of setting machines offered by The Standard Rivet Company, machines and parts cannot be ordered on line. Please call 1-800-367-4838 for machine and machine part orders.
